Repsox was added into the growth medium of mouse embryonic fibroblasts and the differentiation medium of mouse adipocytes to induce the transformation of mouse embryonic fibroblasts and adipose precursor cells into mature adipocytes, respectively. The samples including mouse embryonic fibroblasts, white adipose precursor cells and brown adipose precursor cells. The reliable data were obtained by qPCR, Western blot, oil red O staining, immunofluorescence staining, mitochondrial staining, cell respiration rate detection and other methods.
