Murine AML driven by Dnmt3a, NPM1, and Gab2

Mouse data from a model of Acute Myeloid Leukemia that contains sequencing of pre-leukemic tissue and leukemic tumors. The samples include wildtype C57BL/6 mice, those with initiating mutations in Dnmt3a or introduced mutant human NPM1 or both. Most resulting AML tumors contain cooperating Gab2 alterations, through acquired copy number amplification or through engineered overexpression. Contains whole genome sequencing, bulk RNA sequencing, and whole-genome bisulfite sequencing.
