An Infinium microarray platform (GPL23976, Illumina Infinium HumanMethylation850 BeadChip) was used to generate DNA methylation data from human whole blood samples. Treatment: human umbilical cord plasma concentrate injection Overall design: n=36 samples. For this safety study, 18 elderly participants were treated with human umbilical cord plasma concentrate injection weekly (1 ml intramuscular) over a 10-week period. Blood was drawn before and after the treatment.
