RNA sequencing of human glioblastoma tissues

Glioblastoma (GBM) is a type of brain cancer with a poor prognosis. It has been suggested that the subventricular zone (SVZ) bears the GBM origin cells (OCs). These data aims to identify the unique characteristics of GBM-OCs in the SVZ of humans.
