资源简介:
Raw data about microbial 16S rRNA analysis used for Illumina Miseq sequencing platform based on the V3–V4 region of the 16S rRNA gene in Opisthorchis viverrini infection exacerbates kidney disease in nonalcoholic steatohepatitis hamsters model. This model used to identified combination of high fat and high fructose diets with Opisthorchis viverrini infection induced gut change in hamster feces. Twenty animals were divided into 4 groups; normal diet fed and non-infected Ov (Normal); HFF diets fed (HFF); Ov infection (Ov) and the last group fed with a combination of HFF diets and infected with Ov (HFFOv). An elevated levels of Ruminococaceae, Lachospiraceae, Desulfovibrionaceae and Akkermansiaceae while decreased level of Eggerthellaceae were seen in a combination treatment. Our finding suggests that combination of HFF diet and Ov infection can promote kidney injury and changes in gut microbiome. This knowledge may be an effective strategy for reducing or slowing down the progression of CKD.
