Tumor transcriptomes of PitNET patients with and without somatostatin analogue treatment before surgery

Dataset contains fastq files of tumor transcriptomes of 12 pituitary neuroendocrine tumors. Patients with and without somatostatin analogue treatment before tumor surgery can be compared. Sequencing was performed on MGISEQ-2000.本数据集收录了12例垂体神经内分泌肿瘤的肿瘤转录组fastq文件。患者在接受或未接受肿瘤手术前的生长抑素类似物治疗的情况下均可进行比较。测序工作在MGISEQ-2000平台上完成。
