Transcriptome (RNA-seq) of octoploid cultivated strawberry (Fragaria x ananassa) under NaCl stress with silicon and activated carbon treatments

This BioProject contains RNA-seq data from octoploid cultivated strawberry (Fragaria x ananassa) cultivar Jiandebailu. Plants were exposed to 150 mM NaCl with silicon and/or activated carbon treatments, and whole seedlings were sampled for transcriptome profiling. The dataset is intended to support studies of salt stress responses and the effects of soil amendments on plant gene expression.
