The 19th session of the IFLA Council was from 10–13 June 1953 in the rooms of the Österreichischer Gewerbeverein (ÖGV) in Vienna, Austria. 73 delegates representing 27 member associations, 16 countries, and 7 international organizations participated in its work. This photo was reproduced in the 'Actes du Comité international des bibliothèques, v. XVIII'.
