Milich.###The file "dur_scan_data_clr_FINAL.csv" represents the database used for the behavioral analyses conducted in the manuscript. #date: date of data collection (m/d/yyyy)#Obs_day: sequential number of observation days#group:group code (VP1, VP2, VP3)#method:duration and scan 5 minute.#behavior: code of the behavior displayed at the 5-minute and duration mark (resting R, vigilance V, traveling T, feeding T, Self-grooming SG, social interactions SOC, others O, not visible NV, not available when animals are not detected by the observer NA) #dur_beh_hr:total duration behavior in hours #DUR_BEH_MIN: total duration of behavior in minute#tot_obs_min: total observation in minute#tot_obs_hr: total observation in hours#PROP:proportions based on the number of scans or duration in minute of a behavior on the total number of scan or observation minutes per day#N_scans: Number of scan of a behavior in a day#scans_nv:total scans NV per day (focal animal detectable but out of sight and not possible to determine the behavior)#scans_na:total scans NA per day (focal animal not detectable)#scans_beh:daily total number of scans for which behaviors could be determined (excludes NA and NV)#scans_obs:total number of scans for observation day, including NA and NV#rescaled_PROP: to avoid the presence of 0 in the dataset, we rescaled the proportions using the formula (Smithson &amp; Verkuilen 2006) x'= ×(length(x)-1)+0.5)/(length(x)) where x’ is the transformed value, x is the proportion of a behavior, and length (x) is the sample size per day (either total number of scans, or duration in minutes).#clr_value:Center-Log-Ratio (CLR) transformation, which is the log of the ratio between the observed proportions of each behavior and their daily geometric mean.<br>###The file "dfZZUSS_FINAL.csv" represents the database used for the quantification of alarm call (zzuss) during the habituation period. The file includes data collected following an all-occurrences sampling method. The datasheet is organized as follows:#date:date of data collection (m/d/yyyy)#Obs_day:sequential number of observation days#group:Group code (VP1, VP2, VP3)#method_plot: data are collected as duration#method:method of data collection of other behaviors in a given day, although zzuss is always recorded as duration. The method can be ad libitium (dur_adlib) or 5-minute instantaneous scans (dur_scan).#dur_ZZUSS_hr: daily duration alarm call ZZUSS in hours#tot_obs_hr_nonv: total daily observation hours, excluding when non visible# PROP: proportions based on the duration of zzuss on the total observation time in a day. For days with 5-minute scans the daily observation time was calculated based on the number of scans. #Nscans: Number of scans in a day, including when the focal individual was not visible or detectable. #scans_nv: total number of scans in which the animal was not visible/not detectable#scan_obs: total number of scan of observation excluding when the individual was not visible/not detectable#min_ obs: total minute of observation based on column scan_obs (value in scan_obs*5).###The "Script_habituation_pd_final" file includes all the R codes used to generate the study results using the datasets "dur_scan_data_clr_FINAL.csv" and "ZZUSS_FINAL.csv".<br>
