Targeted gene expression on 9 B16-huCD20 Melanoma tumor samples treated with 177Lu-radiolabed sdAbs using the murine panCancer Immune panel (NanoString Technologies) In the study presented here, 9 mice were inoculated s.c. with 100.000 B16-huCD20 tumorcells and were treated 3, 9 and 14 days after inoculation with 177Lu-labeled sdAbs (3 low dose TRT, 3 high dose TRT and 3 control conditions) were used to acquire expression profiles of a total of 770 genes, leading to assessment of alterations in the tumor microenvironment
