Neuropsychological and post-processed neuroimaging data for the doctoral thesis "Long COVID: phenotyping and characterization of the functional and structural connectivity in subjects infected by the COVID-19"

Data used for the Doctoral Thesis "Long COVID: phenotyping and characterization of the functional and structural connectivity in subjects infected by the COVID-19". In this project, neuropsychological data were factor-analysed and used to derive subgroups via hierarchical clustering. These groups were further compared using neuroimaging data. The thesis is made available in this repository; however, due to ethical concerns regarding subject identification, the dataset is not openly available. Anonymized data is available per reasonable request by contacting the author.
