Data for: Effect of Nanocellulose Fiber Hornification on Water Fraction Characteristics and Hydroxyl Accessibility during Dehydration

In this data article, we provide the more differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) melting curves for CNCs and CNF with different solids content. The DSC melting curves were executed from -30 °C to 10 °C at a rate of 1 °C min-1. Based on cellulose’s porous properties, the amount of bound water can be obtained indirectly by thermo-dynamic method. And various thermal conversion processes including freezing or melting can be applied by (DSC).
