Transcriptomic datasets and analysis code for "Deciphering oxidative stress contributions in vestibular schwannoma"

This dataset contains the normalized gene-expression matrix (62 vestibular schwannoma vs. 18 control nerve samples) produced after batch-effect removal of GEO series GSE54934 and GSE56597, together with all R scripts used for differential expression, GO/KEGG, GSEA, PPI-hub gene, immune-infiltration (ssGSEA) and ROC analyses described in the manuscript "Deciphering oxidative stress contributions in vestibular schwannoma: a bioinformatics approach to novel therapeutic pathways". The fifteen oxidative-stress-related DEGs (OSRDEGs) and nine hub genes (CDKN2A, CYBB, EGFR, IL6, ADIPOQ, HMOX1, NAMPT, PTGS2, TXN) are also provided. Data are supplied as plain text and RDS objects so that reviewers and readers can reproduce all figures and tables.
