资源简介:
In this study, we found that OTUD6A is a physiological deubiquitinase for c-Myc in prostate cancer setting and promotes prostatic tumorigenesis through stabilizing c-Myc oncoprotein. Moreover, knockout of Otud6a in mice retarded the prostatic tumorigenesis in Hi-Myc prostate cancer mice model RNA-seq study of prostate tissue and tumor samples in the littermate derived from Hi-Myc genetically engineered mouse model (GEMM) crossing with Otud6a-null mice. There are a total of four genetypes, inluding Otud6a+/y, Otud6a-/y, Hi-Myc; Otud6a+/y and Hi-Myc; Otud6a-/y mice. The normal prostate tissue form Otud6a+/y and Otud6a-/y, and prostate tumor samples from Hi-Myc; Otud6a+/y and Hi-Myc; Otud6a-/y mice were subjected for RNA-seq.
