割灌机是一种专门用于清理草地、灌木丛和杂草的农业机械设备,它可以通过割刀旋转切割植物,从而达到清理和整理的效果。割灌机转速波动率是割灌机最高空载稳定转速的评价指标,转速越高,切割效果越好,但同时也会增加机器噪音和刀具磨损。通过割灌机转速波动率的检测,可以提高机器的质量和性能,保障机器的工作效率和动力。选取割灌机样机进行最高空载稳定转速试验,测定割灌机转速波动率。1、数据检测:使割灌机在油门操纵手柄全开状态下空载连续运转1min,没有异响和紧固件松动,并测量转速。2、数据采集:测量6次割灌机在最高空载稳定转速试验下的转速,并记录转速1、转速2、转速3、转速4、转速5和转速6,单位r/min。3、数据计算:对比6次转速,选出最高转速nmax和最低转速nmin,计算平均转速n=(转速1+转速2+转速3+转速4+转速5+转速6)/6,最后计算转速波动率β=(最高转速nmax-最低转速nmin)/平均转速n×100%。4、数据结论:根据DG-T177-2023,割灌机转速波动率≤3.1%,则判定为合格,反之则为不合格。
A brush cutter is a specialized agricultural mechanical device designed for clearing grass, shrubs and weeds. It cuts plants via rotating blades to achieve cleaning and tidying effects. The rotational speed fluctuation rate of a brush cutter is an evaluation indicator for its maximum no-load stable speed. A higher rotational speed yields better cutting performance but also elevates machine noise and tool wear. Detecting the rotational speed fluctuation rate of brush cutters can enhance the quality and performance of the equipment, and guarantee their working efficiency and power output. Select brush cutter prototypes to conduct maximum no-load stable speed tests and measure their rotational speed fluctuation rates. 1. Data detection: Run the brush cutter continuously under no-load for 1 minute with the throttle control lever fully open, ensure no abnormal noise or loose fasteners, and measure the rotational speed. 2. Data collection: Measure the rotational speed of the brush cutter under the maximum no-load stable speed test for 6 times, and record Speed 1, Speed 2, Speed 3, Speed 4, Speed 5 and Speed 6, with the unit of r/min. 3. Data calculation: Compare the 6 measured rotational speeds, select the maximum speed n_max and minimum speed n_min, calculate the average rotational speed n = (Speed 1 + Speed 2 + Speed 3 + Speed 4 + Speed 5 + Speed 6) / 6, and finally calculate the rotational speed fluctuation rate β = (n_max - n_min) / n × 100%. 4. Data conclusion: According to DG-T177-2023, a brush cutter is deemed qualified if its rotational speed fluctuation rate is ≤3.1%, otherwise it is unqualified.
