资源简介:
"In response to continuing population growth, the City of North Augusta (CNG), together with Edgefield County Water and Sewer Authority (ECWSA), is installing a new force main and gravity sewer within the jurisdiction of the Aiken County Public Service District (ACPSD) in northeast Aiken County, South Carolina (Rg. 1). This regional infrastructure improvement project will be carried out under US Environmental Protection Agency (US-EPA) permit, administered by SC Department of Health and Environmental Control (SC-DHEC). In March 2004, B.P. Barber & Associates, Inc. contracted with AF Consultants (AFC) to conduct an archaeological survey of the proposed sewer line corridor that would meet state and federal standards and guidelines for federal undertakings. In preparing this report, AF Consultants used field methods and analytical procedures designed to provide specific recommendations and information for review by participants in the Sec. 106 Consultation process (SC State Historic Preservation Office et al. 2000)."
