The experiment utilized the A549/DDP cisplatin-resistant human lung adenocarcinoma cell line, which was divided into a control group (Control) and a β-Elemene-treated group (B), with two biological replicates per group. The experimental procedure was as follows: Cells in the logarithmic growth phase were treated with β-Elemene at a concentration of 40 μg/mL. Following incubation at 37°C and 5% CO₂ for 24 hours, the cells were collected, washed with PBS, and resuspended in TRIzol reagent. The cell suspensions were rapidly frozen in liquid nitrogen and subsequently subjected to lncRNA high-throughput sequencing analysis by Wuhan Lingsi Biotechnology Co., Ltd. The sequencing was performed using the DNBSEQ-T7RS High-throughput Sequencing System (PE150) V3.0 platform.
