Supplementary code and data for "Decodable but Directionally Misaligned: Auditing Distance-Based OOD Ranking on Domain-Adversarial Skin-Lesion Representations"

Code and data supporting the paper. Contains three archives. supplementary_materials.zip: the 13-row checkpoint-level result matrix, allderived statistical tables as CSV, the power and bootstrap-interval analysisscript that produced Appendix A, an independent reimplementation used as across-check, and the seed manifest. Reproduces every number in the appendixwithout a GPU. e1_embeddings.zip: extracted 16-dimensional lesion representations for the 13checkpoints of the orthogonality-strength ladder, plus the 2048-dimensionalbaseline reference. e2_distances.zip: per-sample Mahalanobis distances and the embeddings thedistance-based scorers were computed from, for the same checkpoints. The ISIC 2018 and PAD-UFES-20 source datasets are not redistributed here; seethe Data Availability statement in the paper. Code in supplementary_materials.zipis MIT licensed.
