Identification of ploidy-regulated genes in budding yeast

Using RNA-seq, we analyzed the transcriptomes of isogenic haploid (MATa) and tetraploid (MATaaaa) budding yeast strains in the Sigma 1278b background and identified genes whose regulation was altered by ploidy.
