Ifih1+/+ or Ifih1-/- HSCs (LSK CD48- CD150+) were sorted at 2 hours (H2), 6 hours (H6), 16 hours(H16) (early timepoints) and at 3 and 10 days (D10, close to the end of the response) after 5-FU myeloablative stress (single dose). Samples were used in RNA-seq and ATAC-seq experiments. Ifih1+/+ or Ifih1-/- myelo cells (CD11b+_Gr1+) were sorted at 16 hours (H16) and mock injected mice were used as controls (D0). Samples were used in RNA-seq experiments.
