Proteomic Dataset of ASFV viral proteins G1340L and P1192R

Data files contain the analysis of the interactome of G1340L and P1192R. 293T cells were transfected with EGFP-G1340L, EGFP-P1192R, or EGFP-∅ plasmids, cells were then harvested, lysed, and subjected to immunoprecipitation using a GFP-Trap system. The immunoprecipitated samples were digested and the peptide mixtures were analysed by on-line nanoflow liquid chromatography- tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) using the ultimate 3000 nano system. This data obtained from the MS assay was analysed by label-free quantification using the Max Quant software v 1.6.17.0. The text file contains the raw data obtained from Max Quant for peptide identification of the samples of EGFP, G1340L and P1192R. The samples 9, 10 and 11 refers to EGFP; the 15, 16, 17 refers to P1192R; and 18, 19, 20 refers to G1340L. The excel files includes the processed data of the Mass Spectrometry by Perseus and Metascape analysis of the interactome of G1340L and P1192R. All the experiments were done in triplicates.
