To explore how Schisandrin (SCH) regulates biological functions of fibroblast-like synovioctyes (FLSs) from rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients, we evaluated the transcriptome of SCH-treated RA FLSs compared with untreated control using RNA sequencing analysis. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling using RNA-seq data from human RA FLSs treated with SCH or DMSO
