Stability shaking AGM coated MNs

Stability and shaking tests of agomelatine coated microneedles (MNs).Three different shapes of microneedles were analyzed:- rockets- pyramids- arrow.In addition, 3 different 3D printing methods have been used:- DLP- FMD- resin with 3% agomelatine mixed in.Max. the solubilities of agomelatine (powder) were determined by shaking (32°C, 200rpm) in:- dissolution buffer (1:25), pH=7.4- dissolution buffer (1:25), pH=7.4 + 40% EtOH- 40% EtOHTo check the stability of the samples after release performed on diffusion Franz cells, random samples were subjected to HPLC re-analysis several days after the first analysis. The results were compared.The set contains data in text file format and LCD format, , created using the LabSolutions software (HPLC, Nexera LC 2040C).
