Slingshots

High framerate imaging data of a <em>P. aeruginosa </em>monolayer, analysed using FAST. Slingshots_Raw_Data.ome.zip is an archive containing the raw imaging data used for this dataset. Segmentations.zip contains the result of applying FAST's segmentation routine to the data in Slingshots_Raw_Data. Segmentation settings are specified in SegmentationSettings.mat. TrackabilityStore.mat contains the trackability data used to generate the inset of Fig. 4a of our manuscript. All other data is formatted according to the usual specifications of FAST.
