O4a DINGO ASD Datasets

There are 4 files in this data release which we describe below. 1). asds_o4a.hdf5 This is a dataset of 9780 Hanford and 11678 Livingston Welch ASDs from the first part of the fourth observing run. The settings used to generate this data can be found in `asd_dataset_settings.yaml`. 2). asds_o4a_fiducial.hdf5 This is a draw from the asds_o4a.hdf5 dataset. It is used during the first part of the DINGO training while the reduced basis layer is frozen. 3). bayeswave_10_events_16s_fmax1024_fmin20.hdf5 This is a set of 10 Bayeswave ASDs which correspond to 16s segment lengths. It consists of the ASDs for S230723ac S230706ah S230712aj S230630bq S230729z S231014r S230605o S231114n S231104ac S231118d 4). bayeswave_13_events_8s_fmax1024_fmin20.hdf5 This is a set of 13 Bayeswave ASDs which correspond to 8s segment lengths.
