Polyester filament fibers production volume South Korea 2010-2021

In 2021, South Korea produced approximately 495 thousand tons of polyester filament fibers. This represents a substantial increase from the previous year. While the production volume of these fibers have been decreasing over the years, in 2020, there was the largest decrease in the span of one year. Production had previously peaked in 2012 at around 763 thousand tons.
