Data.zip is a compressed folder contaning all the NMR data recorded. It is made of 2 subfolder: 77K_1T_DNP-TE_experiments, for Low temperature DNP and thermal equilibrium experiment 298K_1T_experiments, for room temperature relaxation experiments MATLAB_scripts.zip is a compressed folder containting all the MATLAB script used to fit the data from Data.zip. It contains: rbnmrQC.m, a function required to import topspin data, DNP_spectra_vf.m, a script used to automaatically determine the optimum of the DNP curve Enhancement_from_vd.m, a script used to compute enhancement based on build-up experiments (1 from DNP, and 1 from TE) Fit_function_vf.m, a script used to fit the build-up experiments A folder called Fit_fucntions, containing the following fitting fuctions called by Fit_function_vf.m Fit_biexp_full.m, to fit a bi-exponential stretched build-up Fit_decay_full.m, to fit a monoexponential decay Fit_single_full.m, to fit a monoexponential build-up Excel-result-recap.xslx is an excel file that recap of all the results computed by the fits, the folder used, experiment fitted and integral regions if needed Sample_1H-13C_content-spin-diffusion.xlsx, is an excel file that contains all the data and calculation used to compute spin diffusion and 1H / 13C content of all samples.
