DNA methylation profiling of ERpHER2n primary tumors

DNA methylation profiling of ERpHER2n primary tumors (surgically resected) to target epigenetic regulation of FGFR4 in primary resectable (early-stage) ER-positive and HER2-negative tumors. DNA methylation of tumor DNA was performed using Illumina MethylationEPIC V1 beadchips on 499 tumors according to manufacturer's instructions. No replicates. Note from submitter: Due to Swedish law we are not allowed to openly deposit (like in GEO) any data that can be considered personal patient information. The EPIC platform contains non CpGs, therefore we cannot deposit IDAT files.
