Mismatch of Potential and Kinetic Energy: On Why F = GMm/R^2 and F = mg Cannot Be Equated

In classical physics, Newton's law of gravitation F = GMm/R^2 and the weight formula F = mg are treated as equivalent, from which g = GM/R^2 is derived. Based on the World Quantum Theory (WQT) framework, this paper demonstrates that these two formulas cannot be equated, as they originate from two different energy sources — potential energy and kinetic energy respectively. They are numerically equal only under the special condition v = d (i.e., internal rotational speed equals macro-rotational wave speed). This condition is an implicit assumption that classical physics has never declared nor tested.
