This dataset includes depth profiles of temperature, salinity, depth, dissolved oxygen, PAR, and pH using a SeaBird CTD system (SeaBird Scientific, Bellevue, WA) and above-water radiometric measurements using a hand-held GER 1500 spectro-radiometer (Spectravista Inc., Poughkeepsie, NY).
