Reduced OPG expression by osteocytes may contribute to rebound resorption after denosumab discontinuation

These datasets consist of sequencing data from single cell RNA sequencing libraries prepared using the 10X Genomics platform. The libraries were prepared from Cd11b-positive cells isolated from the long bones and marrow of mice treated with vehicle or denosumab injected every 2 weeks for a total of 4 doses and then cells collected 2 weeks after the last injection (8 weeks after the first injection)
