Arachis hypogaea Line8 Genome sequencing and assembly

Genomic resources generated in support of the Arachis hypogaea Line8, a runner-type peanut breeding line, selected from a pedigree of outbred progeny of two drought tolerant genotypes C76-16 and Georgia Green. Line8 exhibits drought tolerance through high water use efficiency mediated by low stomatal conductance during middle season drought.
