IDSL.IPA results for the TEDDY lipidomics dataset (batch 1A and batch 12C)

<strong>T</strong>he <strong>E</strong>nvironmental <strong>D</strong>eterminants of <strong>D</strong>iabetes in the <strong>Y</strong>oung (TEDDY) is a large epidemiological study to investigate the link between environment and childhood diabetes. A lipidomics dataset for over 10,000 samples was generated by UC Davis for TEDDY specimens. The data were collected in several analytical batches analyzed over two years time-frame. We show that IDSL.IPA pipeline can correct the retention time shift and match the peaks in the first and last analytical batches for the TEDDY study.
