This was a very simple survey with no sampling or firm methodology. A sheet was designed to get some basic information on the provider, record the option that they preferred and get some additional feedback. This sheet along with the four board design options were sent to all the zones where the AAMs and MRs were supposed to get the responses from the providers they visit. The recording of data was supposed to be done for two consecutive days. This would serve two purposes, one that we would get maximum number of responses and two, that we would have an idea of how many providers are visited on a particular day.
