Effects of fTDP on the changes of fungal community in tobacco rhizosphere

The tobacco treated with fTDP protein increased the resistance of tobacco to TMV.Whether the induction of this resistance was related to the interaction with rhizosphere soil microorganisms and whether beneficial microorganisms were enriched to enhance tobacco resistance. At present, the effect of fTDP on tobacco rhizosphere fungi has not been studied. Therefore, the tobacco rhizosphere fungal community was sequenced after fTDP application, and the diversity of tobacco rhizosphere soil fungal community was determined and analyzed.
