[Group level statistics] In vitro micronucleus (ivMN) test

This dataset was generated in an in vitro study where the impact of tobacco additives was investigated on analyte levels, cell toxicity, mutagenicity, and genotoxicity.
The genotoxicity of tobacco additives in mainstream smoke was performed in the ivMN Assay in general accordance with Health Canada Official Method T-503. Linear regression analysis, using the method of ordinary least squares, was performed with data up to a concentration at which the MN frequency was in the linear range. The slope parameter of the function was defined as the genotoxic activity.
This dataset includes descriptive statistics at the group level.
