These declarations give name, gross and net weight, and details of classification of the ship; the service in which the ship is employed; name of Master and number of his certificate; period for which equipment is declared as sufficient; place and date of survey; number of persons, and of crew carried; details of boats and life-saving appliances, distress signals and equipment; date and running number of certificate.
