Circle-seq reveals that eccDNA may be a key blood biomarker for HBV-associated liver cancer (2)

To explore the expression of eccDNA in patients with chronic hepatitis B and liver cirrhosis, focusing on their impact on disease development. Overall design: Five patients were diagnosed with chronic hepatitis B and five patients were diagnosed with liver cirrhosis. We took blood samples from the patients. EccDNA expression profiling and mRNA gene expression profiling was analyzed to determine what extrachromosomal circular DNA in chronic hepatitis B to liver cirrhosis.
