We aimed to elucidate the mechanistic involvement of STN1 in facilitating the metastatic processes of PDAC. Utilizing RNA-seq profiling, we observed a substantial downregulation of the EMT pathway in PANC-1 cells with stable STN1 knockdown Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for knockdown cell lines and controls. Three replicates were included for each group.
