Characterization of RNA subcellular localization using Nanopore direct RNA-seq and Illumina RNA-seq

Characterization of subcellular localization of RNA molecules at transcriptome-wide level with the aim of understanding their underlying molecular function remains a major challenge that requires further innovative approach. Here, we conducted a fractionation followed by Nanopore direct RNA-seq and Illumina RNA-seq using four model cell lines (A549, H1975, H358, and HCC4006) to comprehensively survey the full-length cytoplasmic and nuclear transcriptome.
