Enhanced pre-clinical anti-tumor activity of M7824, a novel bifunctional fusion protein simultaneously targeting PD-L1 and TGF-ß

EMT-6 orthotopic tumors were grown in Balb/C mice. Mice were randomized into one of four treatment arms (treatment on days 0,1,2). Tumors were collected on day 6. Overall design: 8-12 week old Balb/C females were inoculated with 0.25x10^6 viable EMT6 cells in 0.1 mL PBS into the right mammary pad. Dosing was initiated on day 0 (20 days after tumor cell inoculation), when the mean tumor volume reached ~400 mm^3.
