Effect Size of <i>LPA</i> variants on Lp(a) levels.

The percent change in Lp(a) level per LPA allele is shown with standard error for the total population (effectall), JHS-AFR-2LPA (effectafr) and JHS-EUR-1_2LPA (effecteur) for SNPs with pall<0.00085. The SNP frequencies of the allele producing higher Lp(a) levels in the total population (fall) are shown, along with the corresponding frequency in JHS-AFR-2LPA (fafr) and JHS-EUR-2LPA (feur). The p-value for significance of interaction of genotype with local ancestry (p_int) is also shown.
