Data from: Lower-cost eddy covariance for CO2 and H2O fluxes over grassland and agroforestry

This datasets contains eddy covariance fluxes calculated with EddyPro, average (co)spectra from EddyPro and meteorological data from the measurement campaigns conducted in Mariensee, Lower Saxony (Germany) in 2020 and 2021. The results were presented in the paper "Lower-cost eddy covariance for CO2 and H2O fluxes over grassland and agroforestry"; https://doi.org/10.5194/amt-2024-30.
