We used single cell RNA-seq to comprehensively map raphidophyte Heterosigma akashiwo to grow under present and future ocean conditions. We unveiled several unique types of metabolic changes, signaling pathways, and regulons associated with these cells. Comparative gene expression analysis have been performed from Heterosigma akashiwo incubated in different culture conditions (low-temperature; low-carbon-dioxide [LTLC] 21 ℃; pCO2 400 ppm) and (high-temperature; high-carbon-dioxide [HTHC] 25 ℃; pCO2 1000 ppm)
