fMRI Teaching Materials

These are some datasets that I'm using for teaching. There are three separate zip files, corresponding to the data of one experiment each. All were acquired at the 7T scanner at the Spinoza Centre for Neuroimaging, Amsterdam. All data are resampled to the 59k HCP surface format. <br>1. an HRF mapper (TR 0.945s, 2mm iso), consisting of a single run of 63 presentations of a full-field checkerboard visual stimulus. There is additional data for this single run dataset: eye tracking (saccade and blink onset times), and fmriprep confound outputs. This allows the deconvolution of impulse-response functions from the BOLD data. <br>2. a somatotopic motor-mapper experiment (TR 1.6s, 1.8mm iso), a single subject's five runs averaged across runs after fmriprep preprocessing. The experimental design is encoded in the `sub-01_ses-01_task-soma_run-median_events.tsv` tsv file, and can be used as input to GLM and more elaborate analyses. <br> 3. a retinotopic mapping experiment (TR 1.5s, 1.6/2.0mm iso). , a single subject's 43 runs from 4 sessions averaged across runs after fmriprep preprocessing. The visual design matrix of the experiment, which can be used as the basis of a population receptive field analysis, is provided as `vis_design.mat`<br><br>
