SPIM example dataset for multiview registration using BigStitcher

<strong>BigStitcher registration example dataset:</strong> Original czi dataset: SPIM-5angle-3Ch-dataset.czi.zip (10 GB unzipped) 2x downsampled dataset (individual .tif files): SPIM-5angle-3Ch-dataset-scaled-tiffiles.zip (5.6 GB unzipped) This is a 5-angle SPIM dataset imaged with the Zeiss Lightsheet.Z1 featuring a polyclad flatworm juvenile of the species <em>Echinoplana celerrima</em>. The dataset includes 3 channels (405 - nuclei, 488 muscle fibres and 561 - cilia) and can be registered using BigStitcher's MultiView Mode. Beads can be detected only in the 561 channel. The transformation of this channel can be applied to all other channels.
