We report the RNA-seq based analyses of the transcriptional changes in the Culex midguts transcriptome 8,18 hours after blood feeding BSA or JEV NS1'. Overall design: Comparison of the midguts transcriptome of Culex females at two blood feeding conditions and two time points.
