Reproducibility Data for Evaluating Memorization and Sensitive-Term Reappearance in a Language Model Trained on Prostate Cancer Patient Narratives

This dataset contains Reddit posts and associated comments collected from the publicly accessible r/ProstateCancer community for research on patient-generated prostate cancer narratives. The data were collected over a continuous 12-month period from February 1, 2025 to January 31, 2026. All publicly accessible original posts and their associated comments within the study period were included without keyword-based topic selection. Deleted or removed content, automated moderator messages, bot-generated text, duplicate posts, non-English content, and posts consisting solely of hyperlinks, images, or other non-textual material were excluded during data preparation. The deposited dataset corresponds to the corpus used for the analyses reported in the associated manuscript.
