Abundance estimates of mesozooplankton in bongo nets during POLARSTERN cruise ANT-III/3 (PS06)

During ANT-III/3 zooplankton samples were taken with bongo nets equipped with 300 µm and 500 µm mesh size. Samples were enumerated onboard. Copepods were counted separately and archived in other datasets (see section "Related to:"). The Parameter "Fraction" displays the fraction of the samples (1 - 20%) that was counted for all taxonomic groups except for Euphausiacea, Chaetognatha, Amphipoda and Gastropoda. The latter counted from the entire sample.
