Evolutionary Engineering and Transcriptomic & Genomic Analysis of Antimycin A-resistant Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain

The aim of this study was to develop antimucin A-resistant Saccharomyces cerevisiae mutants by using evolutionary engineering and to characterize the selected mutants at phenotypic, genomic and transcriptomic levels.
